- Reminder that Hwy 260 is open for evacuation only. Others must use alternate routes to get from Eagar and Springerville west.
- Note that if you are covered for fire on your homeowner's insurance policy, that policy may cover motel, gas and food if you are evacuated. Save all receipts and contact your insurance company.
- Fire crews are driving up and down the streets of Eagar with the lights out on their fire trucks and a crew member on each side looking for embers. They are taking no chances with fires in town.
- If you need evacuation pasture for your horses or other livestock, contact Joel Larson, White Mountain Association of Realtors, who has been working with other Realtors to locate temporary pasture and other accommodations for animals. Office (928) 537-1107 joel@joellawson.com
