- On the eastern side near Luna NM there was a large area with intense heat that is outside the perimeter the area is approximately 2,100 acres. There are several isolated heat sources on the northeast side. One of the areas is on the east side of Trout Creek and is about 10 acres.
- On the southeast side of the fire there is a area of perimeter growth with intense heat near Swafford Canyon. The fire has moved to the Blue River at Horse Canyon, just north of KP Creek. There was no heat detected on the southeast side of the Blue, but there is a lot of intense heat in the area.
- There is intense heat with perimeter growth west of Stray Horse CG at Salt House
- The area around Warren Canyon continues to fill in from the burnout with some perimeter growth at Horse Pasture Spring.
- Overall there was quite a bit more interior heat mapped tonight probably due to the winds.
