Contrary to some radio station report, Greer and Sunrise HAVE been evacuated. InciWeb says that there was miscommunication for 45 minutes about that, but the evacuation order was given earlier today and it is being carried out. Also, Hwy 260 in that area is closed at this time.
Contrary to another news report, there have been no structural fires at Red Hill - in fact, no fires in that area since the lightning strikes of 24 hours ago, which caused grass fires only.
Luna is still on pre-evacuation, and no change at Escudilla Bonita, which has already been evacuated as a precaution.
