Wallow Fire Update 06/05/11 12:02 PM NM

Update from Sher Brown, Red Hill NM VFD:

• The fire is currently 3 miles W of Nutrioso. They are going to do a back burn starting at the state line. 
• Medical Needs residents of Luna are being asked to leave because they will have a huge influx of smoke.
• The fire burned thru Big Lake and is headed in the direction of Greer, but is still a ways from it.
• The fire has NOT crossed 180.
• At this time, Coyote Creek is NOT in danger
