  • Overall there was a lot more interior heat tonight due to the winds. On the east side there was a large area of perimeter growth with intense heat. The heat front has reached Bishop Canyon and continues along county road B007 There was scattered heat around Luna to the north and west. Several isolated heat source were found along US 180 just west of Luna. 
  • There was intense heat with perimeter growth on the south east side of the fire between Upper Blue CG and Sissy Point. 
  • The fire continues to burn south to the Blue River between Foote Creek and KP Creek. There may be one area where the fire has crossed the river at 33 35' 15" lat 109 9' 56" long at the confluence with Fishhook Creek. 
  • The western side remains relatively cool, as does the north.
