"Yep, this is the Pre-Evacuation Notices. They are going literally door-to-door and hanging a little piece of police flagging on the front if they contacted you, if not they are going to come back every hour until they find someone. If you choose to leave on your own right now, then they ask you to tie a white cloth on your door handle, which is also to be done at the actual evacuations. Sooo, they could come back in 3-4 hours and say this is it, get out. Or we could be on pre-evac for 4 days like Greer, who knows."
